Way to Hotel

The only practical and recommended way to get there is by car; Brod na Kupi lies in the heart of the mountainous region of Gorski Kotar, so private transport gives you essential flexibility both for getting there and for exploring all the natural wonders around. You'll be driving through beautiful forested landscapes. From the main A6 motorway between Zagreb and Rijeka, take the Delnice exit then follow local roads for about 20-30 minutes to this village. The hotel has free parking.

The major airports near are Rijeka Airport (RJK) on the island of Krk and Zagreb Airport (ZAG). Rijeka is closer, about 75 minutes` drive to the hotel. From Zagreb airport, it takes approximately 90 minutes by road to reach the place. Car rental from either will be the most logical choice and is required for a visit to this part of Croatia.

Public transportation does not provide a very easy route to this remote village, so tourists do not have that as a viable option. One would have to take a long-distance bus up to the bigger town of Delnice. From there, you will either have to use the services of an infrequent local bus or pre-book an expensive taxi for the remaining 15 kilometers up to Brod na Kupi. Personal or rental cars are recommended for comfortable and efficient traveling.
